Ophidia

Ophidia is a gorgeous arcade game where you play a snake, Ouroboros, sent from the sky to purify Yggdrasil and start the planet over from scratch. To do so, all you have to do is encircle your enemies and kill them.

Tapping the screen makes your character move from one side to the other. Your aim is to wrap your snake's body around your enemies in order to eat them and grow larger. The bigger you are, the bigger the enemies you can consume.

The game has a slow and relaxing pace, but it's not exactly simple. For example, if you don't calculate correctly and you accidentally eat a piece of your own body when trying to consume an enemy, you have to wait to grow it back. In addition, you have to face a few bosses who will make things quite difficult for you.

Ophidia is an arcade game with gorgeous graphics, a nice atmosphere, and an engrossing story. A title that's definitely worth trying out.
